Is your beard real?

• Yes! Santa Willhelm is a 100% authentic, REAL bearded Santa, providing a genuinely magical and traditional experience for children and guests of all ages.

What areas do you serve?

• I primarily serve North and East Texas, including the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Tyler, and surrounding communities.

Do you travel for events?

• Travel is available! I am available for both national and international bookings outside of my primary Texas service areas (standard travel and accommodation fees apply).

Can we take our own photos, or do you provide a photographer?

• You are highly encouraged to take your own photos and videos! I do not provide a photographer, so please have your cameras, smartphones, or hired photographers ready to capture the magic. I am happy to make recommendations regarding trusted photographers.

What types of events do you do?

• I am available for a wide variety of holiday events, including private home visits, corporate holiday parties, community tree lightings, school functions, breakfast with Santa events, and professional studio photo sessions.

What happens during a typical home visit?

• A standard visit is filled with joy! It can include a grand entrance, reading a classic Christmas story, singing carols together, reviewing the "Nice List," handing out gifts (provided by parents in advance), and plenty of time for photos.

How far in advance should I book, and do you require a deposit?

• Prime weekend dates in November and December fill up incredibly fast. To secure your date and time, early booking is highly recommended. A non-refundable retainer fee and a signed contract are required to lock in your booking.
